Precum with vacuum hanging?

Any other men getting precum as a result of vacuum hanging? Is this something to worry about?

I get it reasonably often using a non-vacuum extender and pretty much always when pumping.

I think it’s a pretty normal thing; just a physiologic response to the glans stimulation.

I get it every time using a noose style extender
