Premature Ejaculation Question?

For those of you that have experience premature ejaculations, have any of you you used a cream that desensitises the gland and are willing to recommend a brand?

Years ago, I used Detane but the problem is that it can also desensitize the womans vagina. If you’re using a condom, some already come with a desensitizing lotion inside.
