Problem getting the PI: larger flaccid hang lasting all
Hi everyone! Finally I could register to make a question that was already bothering me since I started PE 2 months ago.
I am doing the newbie workout with 10min stretching, 15min 3sec jelqing and 5min warm up/down.
But I only get this “pump state” (larger flaccid hang lasting all day) where your flaccid penis is bigger after a PE workout only for some minutes (about 10min) and then it is back to normal. Far away from 1 hour or even the whole day. But I don’t even get the 10min pump effect every time, most of the time it’s back to normal after the workout.
I only get harder and longer lasting morning wood. Morning wood also occurs more often. Should I get it every morning?
What should I do? Increase jelqing time? Should my fingers/hand hurt after jelqing? Do you also get any gains, even if you don’t get the pumping effect after workout?
