Problem getting too hard
I am in my 20’s and I’ve just started PE but I am having a lot of problems because after warming up I can’t Jelq or Stretch without getting too hard like 90% or 95%, I keep a book by my side and start reading while doing the workout but it is kind of hard to Jelq for example because after 6 or 7 strokes it gets hard and I have to start reading so that it calms down. Any Tips or Ideas?
