That sounds PE related. It sometimes happens if you are not getting a good enough grip when stretching. If you are gripping the glans while stretching and getting even a little bit of ‘slip’ it will cause enough friction to create some thickening of the skin, which then peels. It’s not a problem unless it interferes with sensitivity or the appearance ‘worries’ you.
Dagao, if your glans is dry, I would not expect it to suffer from fungus (usually related to moist environments), nor would I expect it to suffer as much from smegma (dickcheese) build up. Does it smell? If, like dieselpower your dry glans is causing some ‘sloughing’ off of the dead skin layer, that would be ‘hard to remove’ and it would clump up as it sloughed off, but it’s not smegma. Smegma is usually yellow-white and slightly waxy; it normally washes off very easily.
Try the moisturiser and see if that helps. If you really do think you have a fungal infection, try a little bit of athletes foot preparation (not powder if you are naturally dry), and see if that helps. Be careful to start with though, and try very little, in case it causes irritation, because it’s made for the very thick skin of the feet.
