Problems with vac extender, which is next best extender

Hi, I’ve been doing pe for a while now and either I’ve had some bad advice or I have some unusual problems. I made some gains at first using stretching and jelqing then moved onto penis extenders which helped a bit at the beginning then slowed down. I was using an homemade extender which was basically 2 pieces of wood and some bolts. Because I could only keep these on for a little while I searched through forums and found the one that was getting the best reviews, the vac extender. Now I jelq for 30 mins, do some stretches and then wear the extender for about 6 hrs a day, sometimes up to 10 hours. My main problem is that if I use it above my EL size I get blisters on the head from the vacuum, last time I had to stop pe altogether for a month and lost some of the gains because of this. Anything less though seems to stop me having any gains so I wanted to ask this.

Out of people who have tried extenders which is the best. From what I’ve heard this site seems to have the best ones around. From checking the size genetics is voted their best, ultimate stretcher their cheapest but the only one I’ve ever heard of is the JES. Thing is I can probably afford the ultimate but not too sire about the noose thing. Any advice would be welcome please. PS if one of the others is best and someone has had good experience with them I would wait and buy that or if someone knows of a cheaper place even better, thanks.

Before giving up on the vac-extender, you should try different methods to control fluid buildup and blisters. Wrapping/taping is one method.

Do you mean wrap the head in some material before putting extender on? Hadnt thought of that, thanks for both the replies.

I would do a search. Others have tried several different methods.

Do you mean different methods to wrapping or different methods to extenders. At one time or another I’ve tried most others such as pumping and clamps but mainly want to gain length and this seems the most popular way. Tried wrapping yesterday with basically a bit of a rubber glove. Actually made things worse. Have looked at the best penis extender page and penimaster seems next most popular. It seems similar to the JES or size genetics one on that site on my 1st post and they seem a lot cheaper. Funny thing is the most popular one on that site, size genetics isn’t even on the list.

Most of the review sites are nothing more than a fake to promote what they sell.

I understand that but it doesnt have to be one from that review site, I’ve tried some different types of padding and even though I’ve had no extra blisters there’s about half of the glans that fits into the vac piece and half that doesn’t without padding. When I don’t use it the top half gets filled with fluid I think, goes really hard and white and is so swollen it’s hard to pee through for a good half hour when it subsides a bit. Unfortunately sometimes instead of this I just get a really big blister. I just want either a way for this not to happen or another extender that can be worn for hours (have considered overnight but never with vac extender) without any problems. Your replies are appreciated and any help is most welcome.
