I’ve been doing PE for over a year now, I started with the newbie routine and slowly worked my way up to hanging. I stopped gaining so I took 3 months off to decondition. I started with the newbie routine and the first day back I think I strained a ligament. There’s some soreness on the right side in the pelvic area, not actually on the penis. I’ve had this happen before when I first started. I seem to remember reading that Bib had this problem, that he had a lig in the area that was prone to injury but he ended up gaining an incredible amount despite this. Does anyone have any advice? Just pull really gently? I honestly care much more about gaining girth at this point, even though I’m only 6 and a half. Maybe just jelq for a month or two then switch to some light clamping?

Goal: 8 BPEL, 6 EG
