Can someone please explain erect bend, i still don’t know if i am doing them correctly, i squeeze at the base, and gripping the glands, i bend in all directions. is this correct?

I don’t understand why you want to do erect bends. I could understand it if you had more than one penis or were performing PE on the penis of someone else, for who you didn’t much care, but in terms of risk reward ratio its probably something the average person only considers once they hit their first plateau.

What is so wrong with your routine that you feel erect bends are the solution?

If erect bends are a good exercises at all, they are only for the most advanced PE’ers, with very well conditioned cocks. You are no where near that level.

Most all of your questions have answers in the newbie forum. I suggest you go there.

This is the newbie forum :)

I think there is a tendency amongst those new to PE to assume that advanced means better, when it simply means don’t bother unless your penis is already so tough that you absolutely have to, otherwise you stand no chance of gaining.

And thus the injury/treatment forum is filled with newbie posts after having done a Horse440 and thrombosed a vein or some such.

This is where I have to fess up. When I was only a couple of months in I burst a vessel and I have to tell you its been a pain ever since, yes it healed but it also became the weakest point and proved it by bursting again. The fucker is I was in many ways taking it easy and being terribly careful not to hurt myself, just not quite careful enough.

Some people are stupid like me and only learn from injury, but if you are going to pick something to cause an injury try to avoid erect bends or any other exercise that has a likelihood to require a surgical fix if you go at it a bit hard one day without concentrating.

Erect bends question in the newbie forum??? Yikes. I wouldn’t touch these exercises with an 8 inch pole, no matter how advanced I was. You need to stick to the basics for a few months and condition yourself before you even think of doing anything like this.

For anyone new to PE reading this thread, the point of PE is controlled damage and pain is normally an indicator that you are pushing too far. PE should never be painful.
