Pumping in Newbie routine

I know this is probably against the forum guidelines because I am sure it has been asked before, but can someone please direct me to a link or some information on adding pumping to the newbie routine, currently I am Using a heat pad wrapped around my pump for the duration of the pumping session as a hotwrap/stretch. Then I go into 10 minutes of Jelqing and then another 15 in the pump with the heat pad as a warmdown. IS this ok? Can someone direct me to more information please. ThaNK YOU

Pumping is an advanced exercise. Only use it if you have used the newbie routine for at least 3 months.

I personally would advise you that you only start pumping if any manual exercise and clamping doesn’t work.
