Pumping, Observations and couple of questions.

Hi, I’m just over 4 weeks in on my pumping routine. I’ve noticed that I get dark purple colour and little red dots a lot more which last a lot longer the past week. Although I haven’t taken measurements, I am certainty a good deal thicker and little longer, my erections are much stronger, veins quite pumped, especially in the morning ( they often won’t subside til about 20 to 30 mins after I wake up).

So is the discolouration and dots nothing to be concerned about I’m getting positive pi’s?

Also with the pump I use, it has a rubber base which the diameter stretches around when you pull it to the base, when I pump with it the foreksin at the top covers my head so I’m pumped with it like that. When I don’t use the rubber base ( which is more uncomfortable because the cylinder digs into my pelvis ) the foreskin is pulled back and my glans get a much better pump, feels better too just except for the pelvic area.

Which of the 2 is the better way to pump, or does this matter much?

Any help is, as always, appreciated.

What vacuum level are you using? The discoloration and red dots are something to be concerned with. You have great PI’s for now. If you keep doing what your doing that will likely change fast.

Pumping average at 100 mmhg, I will pump slightly higher at times when EQ goes down, I don’t go over 160, which was the reason I was getting it early on, too high, but within that has been a comfortable level up until past week ( it’s still comfortable I feel, but yet the discolouration and dots are there )

-100 mmHg is equal to -4 inHg which is a good vac level to start with. Try to not exceed this level until you get more conditioned. Try reducing time in pump as another way to reduce penis stress.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

The discoloring and dots are a clear sign you’re going too much.

Ok, I’ll reduce the time, I’ve moved up to 25 min sets, ( but I’ll go a little over if I feel comfortable to, but I’ll go back to 20 mins maybe it’s the time.

What do you guys think about the 2nd part, foreskin over the glans while pumped as opposed to pulled back?

Ok I’ve pumped yesterday after taking 2 days off, I pumped low under 100mmhg, and only for 20 mins, I was comfortable throughout more than ever ( felt 30 mins would’ve been no problem ) yet afterwards I still got dark purple and dots, this time more pronounced they were more like small bruises than dots and today they’re still sort of visible, barely. I don’t know why it’s like this all of a sudden

I don’t use that silicone sleeve, opting instead for the “dig” you mention. Not sure if it’s standard practice but it works best for me that way.

The deeper bruises are from not taking adequate time to heal, in my opinion. You seem to be sprinting in what is known as a marathon. Take a month off from pumping. Edge is that’s something you want to do.

The silicone sleeve, I’ve cut out the smaller diameter so basically the underside that slips onto the cylinder is all that’s left, I think you’re right, didn’t give enough time to heal, I’ll try 2 weeks off

You have most likely burst some small capillaries which need time to heal. If not healed, pumping will only aggravate the issue.

Ok, I’m ignorant when it comes to this kind of thing, I’m going to read up on injuries and the muscle groups etc, thank you mate, appreciate the help, from all in here.
