Observations After Two Weeks

Just finished my first two weeks, and while I know it’s too early to evaluate progress, I’d like to get some thoughts on the PI’s I’m seeing.
My Routine:
5 min warm wrap
10 30 second stretches (four directions)
5 min perineum massage
Wet Jelq
5 min hot shower (to warm down)
50 kegels (usually start these during the shower - not sure if that matters)
I’ve done 10 sessions in 14 days, usually 2 or 3 on followed by 1 off. For the wet jelq I started with 10 mins and added 1 each time to work up to 20 mins so far (except the last two sessions - I’ll get there in a minute). Here are my main observations:
1. Lack of distinct morning wood - This one is tricky for me since I never had regular morning wood before PE that I’ve noticed (I’m getting over a porn addiction and mild death grip syndrome so I assume that is part of the reason). I also don’t have a rigid sleep schedule (6-8 hours per night) so I can never tell if I’m just missing it. I’ve counted 4 instances in the 14 days since starting (3 during the first week), but a couple days I forgot to make a note.
2. Lack of fullness after jelqing - I read that your dick is supposed to hang full for hours after jelqing, but mine goes flaccid after only minutes, usually right after I warm down.
3. Tiny pinpoint red dots - Just noticed them today and read that they are normal, so this didn’t concern me.
I’m curious how others would interpret these signs. I did measure my BPEL today and found it same as always at 6.5”, so no shrinkage. Also, I’ve had no pain or discomfort, so overall I can’t say it’s been too bad, just worried that I’m not achieving much. The lack of morning wood was bothering me, so I did some more reading and changed the routine a bit in the last two days.
I identified the following potential flaws:
1. Too much time in between jelq strokes - I was taking my first hand off before establishing my grip with the second.
2. Too high of an erection level - I find this hard to gauge but I think I was up around 80+% at times.
Based on these, I started making sure to get my second grip down before releasing my first, and made sure to be a little less erect. I also made one other, rather weird change. To mitigate the turkey neck I have, I actually pulled some of my scrotum skin back and sat on it. This seemed to help free up the base of my shaft and allow for a better grip. When I made these changes yesterday, I started back at 10 mins of wet jelq just to be safe.
The jelqing itself felt a bit better. The grip was improved, as I mentioned, and it felt like I was getting more blood trapped at the base when I started my next stroke just at the end of the last one. On the first of the two nights, I noticed that my dick was fuller longer after my session, but only by about double (~12 mins vs. 6 mins).
Tomorrow is a day off, and I’d love to see what feedback anyone can offer. Should I be concerned with the observations I’ve seen? Are there any changes that should be made? Should I take a break to get a better baseline for my morning wood, and undo any damage that might have been caused by my sub-optimal jelqing? Any advice is appreciated.
