So I bought a smaller cylinder pump today. I’ve been using the bathmate but wanted to get a normal air pump for convenience so I could pump and stick it on on my drive home lmao!

It’s a 2” cylinder which is good because I’ve previously used a 2.5” and the Hercules bathmate which is probably a similar if not slightly bigger cylinder. I know a smaller size cylinder is better for focusing on length and also my girth is 5” so I wanted a smaller cylinder as recommended.

I pumped and already saw a difference with the length growth as according to the pump my dick was expanding to 17 cm. With the bathmate it expands to like 16 cm. Now i don’t know if the bathmate measurements on the cylinder are off but I at least felt like this new cylinder had more length expansion. Does this make sense or is it just in my head?

After I pumped for about 20 mins I clamped.
Does anyone have experience with doubling up pumping and clamping as like a stacked exercise as I did? I figured stretching the penis out from the pump would have it in an already expanded state, and then clamping on top of that might aide in perhaps more expansion. Just a theory, and I wanted to run it by you guys to see your thoughts!

Also is there anything I can do to be at maximum girth expansion before sex? I find that when I pump I lose some hardness probably due to pump fatigue. My girl loves when I’m super hard as that drives her crazy. I’m afraid to clamp but maybe I should try like an hour before or something? Or maybe pump for like 5 mins instead of 20, an hour before we do it or something?

Yeah, that’s pretty much my theory as well. I did a bit of research before I came up with my routine, and pumping then clamping seemed to be the most recommended sequence.

You can have a look at my progress thread, if you want more details. It’s on the last page of the thread.

Also, one on / one off seems to be a good frequency, since combining both pumping and clamping is pretty advance. As well, girth needs rest. Use heat.

Trying to stay erect for as long as possible. Jelq intensity varied. Start slow and increase intensity with each set.

You can go a long time doing this cause each one is different. Good Expansion but very intense and taxing.

This is what I’ve been doing more or less as well. I agree good expansion but intense and caution is important.

I think jelqing is important in any routine. At the very least, it gets the blood moving again between sets.

For me it’s the edging while clamped. First off I need to in order to stay hard, second it feels great especially if you go to PONR. Good stuff but it can be a little dangerous so watch your cock and PI’s.
