Pumping

I know pumping isn’t recommended for beginners, but hear me out.

I’m currently on the recommended newbie routine. 2 weeks in. I’m obviously still learning, and do a lot of contemplating about the mechanics and biology of PE.

It seems to me pumping would be one of the more, if not most, effective-consistent PE exercises. Pumping creates a vacuum, and given basic physics principles, exerts an even negative pressure to the entire penis. Meaning all blood vessels are stretching equally in all directions. And, a good pump can control pressure, mitigating the risk of injury. So why not start with low pressure pumping, then increase at a slow steady rate over a period of time? Add stretching and warm up and you have a complete routine.

And while we’re on the topic of pumping, wouldn’t the most effective way to pump be a low pressure for a really long time? I mean reaaally low pressure, so as to just barely apply pressure on blood vessels, but keep it up for long periods of time all night perhaps. I’ve read some pumping info here and the consensus seems to be higher pressures with shorter periods of time.

Pumping experts?

Before I begin answering questions, do you already have a pump and does it have a gauge?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Firstly, I don’t think all night pumping is a good idea at all. I am a beginner and I’ve already experimented with the bathmate. I’ve had no adverse reactions, although I imagine the consensus is that you should condition yourself with the newbie routine first. Having said that, it would be pretty hard to injure yourself with low pressure pumping, it is probably less likely to cause an injury than over-enthusiastic jelqing and stretching.

01/08/12 BPEL = 7.2 EG = 5.25

01/09/12 BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5.5

Goal BPEL = 8 EG = 6 and a fat flacid!

It is a great combo, but you have to start slow and condition your unit first at low pressures. I have had great results with them. I started pumping after finishing the newbie routine.

I received my bathmate last week and pump after I finish my 250 jelqs as a super set. I love the expansion I’m getting with it. I have only pumped to 190mm, going to take it slow and increase pressure with time. I can tell that its going to make my girth gains come a lot quicker. I think pumping is cool for a newbie, just don’t over do it.

Thanks for the replies,

I don’t have one. I have a home depot nearby I may try to make one? Sex shop is a bit far but I suppose I’ll check it out. I keep hearing about the bath mate, perhaps. I have read over and over about consistency, and this seems like the most controlled environment to produce consistency. In theory, the penis will expand equally in all directions relative to the shape, not including length but length is better suited to stretches.

Similar to clamping in an opposite kind of way I imagine.

Night pumping is just a bad idea not enough controls and your not watching it so it just does its thing you want to have a dick when your done right? And you want to start pumping? First question I ask is what are you looking for length or girth. Sometimes its best to go after one at a time. Second I advise to continue on the newbie routine and read more there is a lot more to it then you are thinking. 2-weeks is to short you should do it for 2-month and see what kind of results you get you might be amazed in the mean time educate yourself by reading and looking at routines. At the end of 2-months you should be more educated to make your decision on what your routine should consist of and what your time constraints are. You don’t want to get hurt that will cost you time away from PE.

Digipenis, pumping is generally not recommended for beginners, as the beginner’s routine accomplishes a certain amount of conditioning of your penis to stresses of a type that it’s not used to. Once you’re past the early stages of PE, that is a good time to start gradually adding in additional sources of stress, in limited amounts and increasing gradually.

All-night pumping is not recommended because of the impossibility of monitoring the condition of your penis during the process. It’s the same reason that transparent cylinders are preferred to opaque cylinders.

I don’t know of anyone here who is recommending higher vacuum level, shorter duration pumping. The general trend in recent years has been toward lower vacuum and longer duration. Longer duration, that is, over time. Don’t start out with long duration. Start out with short duration, increase the duration gradually while monitoring your PIs and EQ.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Lampwick said it.

I think the cheap cylinders suck, too. Got to LA pumps or something similar.

And search for Avocet, pumping.

Maldo

Whenever I see a handful of pumping threads all mentioning the bathmate pop up all of a sudden, and filled with posts by brand new members, my shill sense tingles.

The bathmate is a POS, get a real pump with a gauge.

Started: 5/14/12- BPEL: 8.00" MEG: 5.5"

Current: 10/22/12- BPEL: 9.0" MEG: 5.875"

Goal: NBPEL 8"++, MEG 6"+

I agree with you on this point.

I’ve been pumping for way over a decade, and I concur completely. NEVER pump in a situation where you might fall asleep and maintain vacuum. One word: blisters.

Bathmate is a quality product and has been used uccessfully by many guys. However, the Bathmate limits where you are able to pump. If you are willing to limit your pumping to the shower or tub, it is a great technique. Some prefer water pumping to air pumping and feel it is more efficient. However, if you want to be able to pump anywhere you want, air pumping is the way to go.I pump a lot in front of the tv as well as in bed which I could not do with. Bathmate.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I’ve been using bathmates for over a year now. Very happy so far.
