Pumping
I know pumping isn’t recommended for beginners, but hear me out.
I’m currently on the recommended newbie routine. 2 weeks in. I’m obviously still learning, and do a lot of contemplating about the mechanics and biology of PE.
It seems to me pumping would be one of the more, if not most, effective-consistent PE exercises. Pumping creates a vacuum, and given basic physics principles, exerts an even negative pressure to the entire penis. Meaning all blood vessels are stretching equally in all directions. And, a good pump can control pressure, mitigating the risk of injury. So why not start with low pressure pumping, then increase at a slow steady rate over a period of time? Add stretching and warm up and you have a complete routine.
And while we’re on the topic of pumping, wouldn’t the most effective way to pump be a low pressure for a really long time? I mean reaaally low pressure, so as to just barely apply pressure on blood vessels, but keep it up for long periods of time all night perhaps. I’ve read some pumping info here and the consensus seems to be higher pressures with shorter periods of time.
