Question for penis extender users

Not sure if I posted in the correct thread but, I am a truck driver and I drive about 12 hours a day and take a break twice for 30 minutes I was wondering

Which penis extender I can use without having to take it off a lot due to lose of blood circulation and pain also I am circumcised and looking only for length gains. Thanks in advance - Pete

I think that for anything with a noose or clamp or strap it’ll require that it be removed every hour - hour and a half or so for a bit, so not sure if that would work.

Interesting idea though to take advantage of that time.

Only vac extenders can do what you ask.

Vac extenders yes; and I would also recommend a silicone sleeve type, like the LG Hanger ADS, or the AutoXleeve starter kit that can be modified into an ADS. I have the latter.

I’ve been using an extender for a few months and have tried using it while driving, but it doesn’t work out so well. It’s important to be able to take it off right away if you feel any pain and that’s difficult (and dangerous) to do while driving.

I have it, but I never use it anymore because the two ADS systems I mentioned are the most comfortable I’ve tried, and I can wear them the longest.
But the Phallosan Forte was better than any noose type. The condom sleeves are annoying and kind of difficult, and the dome cap doesn’t really allow for an erection that might occur every now and then, atleast it didn’t in my case; it was painful.

dont buy it.
If you break any part of it, they wont sell a replacement such as the bell or any other. Use other vac extenders with a generic bell and silicone sleevess.
