Question On Newbie Stretches
I’m about 2 months now on the newbie routine and have been very very slowly increasing intensity. On the newbie routine page it says 5 minutes of stretching using 10 30 second stretches. The only ones listed are down, up, down right, down left, and rotor left and right. Those are the stretches I have been doing for 30 seconds each and so I don’t reach the recommended time of 5 minutes. Looking through the forums I see tons of advanced stretches if I don’t feel I’m getting enough tension. I feel like I have plenty of tension just with those basic stretches. What other ones should I be doing? Sorry if this has been addressed somewhere but I’ve been searching a lot and haven’t found the answer.
