Question on Newbie Routine

OK, so everyone always says “Stick to the newbie routine for 3 months before adding anything.” Well here is my question, does this mean that for the first 3 months you should only do the 200 jelqs and 5 minutes of stretching? I ask because the notes at the bottom say “Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”

This means at a month and a half you should be doing 600 jelqs and ten mins of stretching? I am just very confused about this and don’t know if I am over training by doing my 300 jelqs and 10 minutes of stretching on my on days.

There’s no precise written in stone manual. Sorry you are going to have to read read read and decide for yourself.

Read this thread: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! and keep taking notice of your PI. These tell you if you are over training or not. There is only one thing though, the PI of morning wood isn’t positive but neutral, don’t let that particular PI fuck up your PE routine.
