I have been trying to follow the newbie routine for a week now. The 3 second jelq’s are no problem, but the 30 second jelq’s are harder to do, I’m not finding it easy to constantly maintain a semi-erect state throughtout all the exercises (are they essential for the technique to work?). This also means it can take much longer than 10 mins to do 200 of the 3-second strokes. I’m averaging about 40/50 mins in total each time. Does anyone else find this as well? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
