I have been trying to follow the newbie routine for a week now. The 3 second jelq’s are no problem, but the 30 second jelq’s are harder to do, I’m not finding it easy to constantly maintain a semi-erect state throughtout all the exercises (are they essential for the technique to work?). This also means it can take much longer than 10 mins to do 200 of the 3-second strokes. I’m averaging about 40/50 mins in total each time. Does anyone else find this as well? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Just concentrate on doing the 3 second stroke jelqs for now. 200 times 3 seconds equals 600 seconds or 10 minutes, so why does it take so long? Is it your trouble maintaining an erection that slows you down? Try looking at some porn or magazines to keep you going.
