Questions Before Staring my PE

I’M new member here and would like to ask some questions before I start my PE, I just like to know if there are prerequisites b4 starting?
1. Will I quit smoking/drinking before starting my PE ?
2. Should I lose my weight? Or is there a weight limitation for PE?
3. Diets to consider while doing PE?
4. Should I abstain sex?
5. I have a large belly, should I trim this down first before going to PE?

Really need help, I’m longing and wanting to increase my unit.

Now on to the answers:
1. PE won’t help you quit, but smoking is bad for your erections so you should quit if you feel like it.

2. There is no weight limit for PE, but if you are over weight you should hit the gym and loose some of the extra baggage you carry around, for your own sake, not PE. Also how much do you way to begin with?

3. Stay off fatty foods as a general rule. This, again, is for your benefit, nothing to do with PE.

4. No. Abstaining from sex for PE is just wrong.

5. You can start PE while you are trimming your belly.

Thanks Thatcat for your answers to my questions. I’m 27 years old Asian from the Philippines and I weigh 68 kg, waist line of 33. I think fat, starting this PE program. I just want to know if I should be physically fit before starting my PE. Anyway I havquited smoking since I read this forum last November of last year, I tried and started jelqing and stretching for curiosity sake. But I will start my PE beginning the NEWBIE Routines on Jan 15. I just like to read more and post more to this forum so I could get along and get thorough information in PE.

Living a healthy lifestyle is always a good idea, but I don’t think it’s a requirement to do so in order to benefit from PE. And sex is a good thing that you most certainly shouldn’t abstain from intentionally.

Thatcat already answered your questions, but I will just say that your overall health is something you should always take care of, it can only do you good.

And remember, you want to enlarge your dick for better sex, so there is no logic in passing sex because of PE.

Also be careful when stretching cause you don’t want to damage any ligaments.

1. You don’t have to quit smoking or drinking. Smoking is not good for penis health, but it won’t stop you gaining.

2. You don’t have to lose weight. The base of your penis will be hidden in your fat-pad so you will show more of your size if you lose some weight, but you don’t have to.

3. You will see much about diet on this site, but there is no proof that any particular diet is better for gains than any other diet.

4. No need to abstain from sex. You may want to avoid sex or masturbation for a couple of hours before a PE session so that your erection is easier to maintain at the level you want.

Thanks for the replies, I’m really overwhelmed with your concerns and ideas, I was doubtful at first if I can get any replies from my post but I was wrong. Anyway I will surely do everything and follow carefully all the information regarding PE. I also have read that 2-3 months time I can see visible gains in PEing, and that Kegel exercise will make my sex life even better.

A question in Kegeling - will it also affect my climax, because whenever I’m having sex with my girlfriend, I tend to climax about 5-7 minutes my girlfriend pumping me on top. She likes to be on top doing the pump and grinding me slowly, she moans very well if we are on that position. Will kegel helps here? I want to make her happy and contented in that position. Please help.
