Quick random stretches along the day

Can I do some random stretches along the day? Like I just go to the bathroom and do a few stretches, like 3-4 times a day?

I mean, since it’s a quick stretch, I won’t have time do warm up, so can it be dangerous? Or noneffective?

Puss pulls and other idle tugging are common. Just don’t hurt yourself or do it for an extended period at a time.
