I think we can agree on one thing, if you don’t PE no size gains will be made. As for clocking in, you are 100% correct for those that it just doesn’t make sense for. I would not recommend that to them either and would always agree with you in that PI’s, safety, family, in workout feel, etc always come before fulfilling the “planned” time PE schedules we set out to achieve. We are in sync here. I actually tried to edit my post and include “unfortunately rest is required, so this doesn’t mean we can fit all of those hours into one week, bummer!” But my ten minutes were up:-(

I’m a numbers dude, so my reason for that post was to help those who are out there wondering, “if I tug on my dick today will I wake up tomorrow with a 9” cock?” gain some perspective in regards to the commitment of this journey we are on. I might be a bit of an enigma in that my log goes back three years and I have clocked every minute of every exercise. I also measure regularly. What a difference, I was able to get the clamp to touch the pelvic bone, and what that does is cause what little fat I had to try to push the clamp off, that caused growth and girth. Pretty cool uh? My wife was very involved in our routine. I did 3 advanced exercises and the last one was intense. I was a very fast gainer and reached my high goal in just a year, but we had a plan. I must say, I never left the Newbie routine but used it as a warm up exercise before my advanced exercises.

What you need to do is condition yourself, during that time, formulate a plan when you are going to start the advanced exercises. Now then, when exercising, weather it be the Newbie or advanced, you must BELIEVE the exercise you are doing is working for you. Also, when you first start, the exercises you pick will be trial and error until you feel that you came up with the plan that is going to work for you. PE is really very simple, but that depends on you. You can achieve anything in life if you believe in yourself and set your mind to achieve.

I’m an athlete and I know a lot about strength training, conditioning and nutrition, so I agree with Ron. It’s not always about timing, it’s about focus and feeling. I believe the same can be said for PE, but I don’t really know, I’m not sure. I’m not an expert or anything, but there are many factors that can change the outcome and your results. Our bodies have certain limits, you can’t keep gaining forever. It’s the same with muscle mass. But I 100% agree with you, also. If you don’t put in the work and invest the right amount of time, you can’t do shit. If it was easy, everybody would do it.

I wish I could start my PE journey right away and stick with it until I reach my goal.. Do it consistently, ‘in one go’, if you know what I mean by that. But life is tough, I live with my family and I would have to hide a lot and do it behind closed doors, which sucks. Also, I don’t have 3, 4 or 5 hours of free time to do my ‘workouts’. Sure, I don’t need that much time at the start, but I may have to spend that amount of time doing it at some point, who knows. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to do it on and off. I may mess up something or lose consistency. There’s a guy who runs AJelqForYou on reddit, I believe he’s also a member here. He told me he has some routines for people who are busy, but I want to start with The Newbie Routine, so.. I have no idea, honestly. I just don’t know what would be the right thing to do here, honestly. I guess I’ll have to wait.

ESL40 Hanging cup, you need 1 hour in your own room at night or locked up in the bathroom etc. Just attach weights. It will be enough for 1 hour of daily hanging during your first year of PE.

Okay, but isn’t hanging an advanced exercise? Don’t get me wrong, I still have a lot of research to do before I attempt anything, so I don’t really know much at this point.
I was thinking about doing The Newbie Routine for really long time, maybe even a full year. I want to condition myself slowly and prepare for everything that’s coming later. I want to build up slowly and reap all the potential rewards from this routine.

LG Hanger who I trust fully when it comes to anything PE has had a vast number of clients with great success start hanging according to their protocol as the only PE activity. There is a strong case for hanging without prior PE being more effective. It is all about how much weight you hang from your penis, some people will stretch by hand the equivalent of 50lbs and then wonder why they dont gain from hanging.

I stand by this advice since the ESL40 hanging cup is extremely easy to use and you can hide it in your pocket. All you need is attach weight to it.

My opinion is different on the ESL40. It left a weird edema shape head for me. I also found I needed lube to get it to fully suck. That’s a big no no with suction cup type devices. I then after much frustration tried to turn it into a device that could connect to a pump. I did this in hopes I could suck all the air out. This of course didn’t work for long. In my opinion it was cheap flop of a device.
