I just wanted to hear what veterans and big gainers have to say about this. Am I setting myself for failure right at the start or not..
Once again, I apologize.
Apology very much accepted. Danny you are not setting yourself for failure, just know PEing is dedication. I am a Vet here. When I started, I was PEing behind closed doors because I did not want my wife to know I was pulling on my cock, so my PEing wasn’t consistent. I found this forum began reading of experiences of others, and that helped me make up my mind of what I needed to do. One day I came home from work and I had a talk with my wife, I told her some women want big tits, I want a big dick. That gave me an Ace in my pocket, because I was not going to PE behind closed doors. I formulated a planned exercise regiment and I started with the Newbie Routine, which is actually a proven exercise. Once I felt conditioned to move on to the more advanced exercised, I began clamping, my wife thought it was weird at first, but she jumped in and started helping me. That was the Ace in my pocket, I now had help. We figure what our exercise would consist of, (notice how I said OUR exercise). We put together a clamping routine, and she really helped. I found that my clamps were cutting me and I could not get the clamp as close to my pelvic bone as I wanted. I came up with an idea to stop the clamps from cutting me. I cut strips of mouse pad and glued them to my clamps, Wow! what a difference, I was able to get the clamp to touch the pelvic bone, and what that does is cause what little fat I had to try to push the clamp off, that caused growth and girth. Pretty cool uh? My wife was very involved in our routine. I did 3 advanced exercises and the last one was intense. I was a very fast gainer and reached my high goal in just a year, but we had a plan. I must say, I never left the Newbie routine but used it as a warm up exercise before my advanced exercises.
What you need to do is condition yourself, during that time, formulate a plan when you are going to start the advanced exercises. Now then, when exercising, weather it be the Newbie or advanced, you must BELIEVE the exercise you are doing is working for you. Also, when you first start, the exercises you pick will be trial and error until you feel that you came up with the plan that is going to work for you. PE is really very simple, but that depends on you. You can achieve anything in life if you believe in yourself and set your mind to achieve.

Ron
