From both my own experience and several peer reviewed studies on penis extenders, the data concludes that one can expect 0.1 inches for every 100-125 hours spent in an extender. Usually after the first inch, it becomes a little harder and one may need to put in more hours to achieve 0.1 inches of gains. I believe manuals before wearing your extender leads to even better gains though.

I’m pretty sure any person can get 1 inch. After that depends. Sometimes 3, sometimes 2, sometimes stuck at 1. Hard to say if that is limit, because there are not so many people who spend years for PE or took years for break and tried again.
