So I have a kind of a strange problem I think.

I get red dots pretty fast if I over do something, since I read verry much about P.E I know the look ATS some PI’s, but here is the strange part, it looks like the more I heat before my jelq routine the faster I get some red spots + I get verry much verry little red sport I only see when I bend my unit.

When I do my routine without warming up en add more pressure ill have less red dots as when I heat up well.

Any ideas around here?

Heat expands capillaries, so actually can make red dots more likely. Red dots aren’t a big issue anyway, and they tend to show up mostly when you take many days off between girth work.

Red dots are capillary bursts and can be quite common with a newbie or someone with an unconditioned penis. The heat exacerbates the condition since it will generally promote more surface area due to increased tumescence and thereby exposing more capillaries. We have all gone through this phase and it can be somewhat alarming when you experience it for the first time. There is nothing to be concerned about, however, you do not want to overdue the condition and it is best to dial back the workouts to allow for healing. It will heal stronger so as you progress the condition will not reappear. Perhaps you should reduce the heat being used to alleviate the condition a degree. I never used heat and I am huge, so I discount the rage around heat. It makes things a little more comfy and relaxes the unit to promote expansion, but you can get big without it.

I have seen those red dots before but I never heated verry good most of the time I didnt heat and when I did not heat I could aply more pressure without getting red dots. Right now those dots are just little and I’m sure I’m not overdoing something right know but its know like my hole unit is like a little red, like the really little veins are some expanded. I watch my unit and my PI’s closely.

Would you guys still recommend to use heat before my workouts.

You may have gained without heat and there are lots of other guys who have gained without heat, but everyone will gain faster with heat, and there are a lot of guys who just do not gain at all until they start to take heating seriously. But you may be right that the OP could reduce the heat he is using; he has not told us what method/how hot/how much time he is heating, so he may be heating until his penis is like a freshly boiled lobster, which would indeed be too much. :)

Great ill go on with heating before my workouts, from here I understand there are no specific time or temperature to heat, normally I heat with a washing cloth as hot as possible, no pain for about 5 minutes. Also every time get some new hot watter over the wash cloth with a glass.

Sometimes I just warm up in shower, I think the temperature is between at 32-38.

Do you also think when I’m doing my routine for I longer time, ill get red dots less fast. Because I get them pretty fast as I mentioned before, right now I do 50 jelq on a light to medium intensity level and I still get a view little dots and as I said before like a bit of redness like all the little veins are visible.

That’s a normal sort of warm up and recommended. Do you smoke at all? I used to get red spots far more quickly and easily when I smoked. I also find if I’m taking plenty of vitamin C it helps avoid them, but smoking was worst for me. After about three months of not smoking I rarely ever got red spots, and if I did it was because I’d had a lay-off from PE and gone back to it too hard.

No I’m not smoking, I sport very often, last year like 6 time’s a week, this year a bit less.

But I’m also going to start doing some weight lifting 3 time’s a week.

So I’m very healthy eat healthy to, so I think I’m just a sensitive guy ;) Ill try to eat some extra vitamin C and see what the results are.

The red spots will stop appearing after about a month or so of PE. I simply ignored them as they are really superficial and did PE everyday regardless. This never irritated them further if they hadn’t disappeared before my next session. Your body will strengthen and it will happen less, don’t worry about it.

I’m having problems with these again. I decided to get back into clamped bending. It’s been years since I’ve done any clamping. So the first night I do it I go pretty intense… no red dots at all. Again for a few nights and no red dots. After a day’s break and now even just clamping without bending and I’m getting tons of red dots. It’s really frustrating because I want to bend so badly but keep getting the damn dots, but didn’t a few days ago.

Anyone know why they may show up now, but not a couple days ago?

HI Mick. The first few days you may have been working with tissue that was rested and exhibiting normal elastic tendencies, but after a few days of bending the tissues hadn’t had time to re-establish their normal elasticity and your bends are starting at the elastic limit of the tissues. I go through occasional periods when I get red dots after just about any PE, and it’s usually if I’ve had a very intense day and overdone it and my penis really needs rest rather than more work.

I used to get red dots far more when I smoked, or if my diet had not been good for a while, so those things definitely affect blood vessel health too.

Thanks firegoat… that seemed to be the problem. I took a few days off and things are fine now. Weird… I thought red dots were more likely when you had taken a lot of time off.
