I highly recommend you read some of the big US threads: "Gaining volume with Kyrpa", "Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE", and several others. These threads exploded around the idea of using US in PE and many people had tons of questions.
Additionally, I’d advise you read a bit about why US has been the choice for some. "The Long Game: Learning with Longerstretch, Key Principles to Make Sustained Growth" is a good thread for the theory outline and where US falls into it, "The characteristics of the tunica albuginea revisited" gives details about why US is the choice and what it is chosen to address. "Hanging with FIRe" offers an alternative approach to US with much less potential for user error.
As far as literal requirements, 1 and 3mHz are the recommended frequencies, it seems to have a continuous mode that can do 2W/cm^2, but importantly I do not see any mention of BNR.
BNR gives you an approximate intensity of ‘hot spots’, or wave overlaps that can potentially boil blood inside your penis.
Do you own research, find out exactly why you want to use US, then tell us about what you decided and why in a progress log.
