Rest days

Wanted to take a consensus of days on/off for people. When I started I went 6 days and then rested one day week. I quickly realized this was too much and switched to three days on one day off. I hear of new guys doing three days on one day off and then two days on one day off.

Of course everyones body is different and we need to listen to our body and gauge results, I just want a general idea of how everyone feels about the initial stages of PE.

I’m on the newbie routine, doing 2 days on 1 day off. Believe me I want to do it everyday, but you can’t PE with an injured dick. That’s how I feel about it. Plus through reading, rest is really an essential part to growth.

My penis usually tells me to go everyday. I’ve always been less concerned about rest days and just give him what he wants.

I try to take it on the feeling.

Unit+to sore+small flaccid = Rest day.

Unit+plump and heavy flaccid+feels good = Workout.

IMO you get a much better workout that way.

Scipio81, quest for girth

Newb routine, but 3on/1off. Off days I edge for about 20mins. I may switch to 2on/1off starting next week to see how my unit feels. Just an experiment though as my PI’s have been great so far. I’m two weeks in after a two month break.
