Are rest days necessary for penis growth, does permanent growth only occur on rest days?

Yes, rest days are essential, and just as important as workout days. They allow your torn muscles to repair to full capacity which causes changes within the penis. When you work out after a rest day, assuming all is well, your penis is a tiny bit stronger, allowing you to break it down again and have it auto-repair once more. It just becomes new muscle that is torn apart each workout, only to be repaired that much stronger, which equals a bigger cock.

This cycle will eventually net you the results you’re looking for.

New Gain.

I went from 5.0 girth to 5.25. On my rest day. I’m going to take another rest day, and see where I’m at then. Hope it can be official.

I hear some people say that rest days are good, others say take no rest days, and wear an ADS. I’ve had some gains without an ADS, but not too significant. But this girth gain is great, hopefully next time I measure it will say the same thing.

I wouldn’t worry so much about rest days and workout days. You should prioritize PE into your lifestyle, and do it as long as you live/ are able to!

Congrats for the gain, but, please, avoid opening multiple threads on the similar subjects.

Everything you hear about PE is conjecture. If you think rest days work well for you, by all means, rest; if you feel like you gain more when you exercise everyday, work everyday.

No one can definitively tell you anything on this site, it’s all up to you to find out.

Guys, I think I found the answer for me regarding rest days. I came across a very helpful old thread about healing accruing when fresh oxygenated blood is brought to the unit. It might be the solution to the “don’t have the ADS money” issue.
The thread claimed that some healing occurs overnight when you have your night woods, because of the fresh oxygenated blood. The Arabs back in the day would masturbate lightly, semi erect, to keep blood in the penis to encourage healing. I’m going to try doing this for periods of time, and see how the effects work. Especially on rest days.

I have to determine what works best for me. Yay

I think that’s the best answer right there. :)

I enjoy taking a complete rest day (except for piss pulls) about every week or two. It really seems like those hidden gains come out on those days. It’s nice to gauge your progress on rest days.
