Hi, I started stretching four months ago and gained 2/3” (17 mm) with the use of V-stretches and some variations. Past the first centimeter my EQ decreased and I’m kinda stuck, EL wise. The FL keeps increasing.

I want to gain only in length and width. Not thickness. I planed to focus on length first (+5 cm), then on width (+1 cm), but I’m not sure if I can keep going that way. What are the options to increase the EQ without gaining in thickness/height?

You cannot choose to only gain width without gaining thickness. Pe doesn’t work like that. Now if you just want to restore eq after your stretching just 5mins of jelqing would be good. But there is nothing you can do to prevent gaining thickness if you want to gain some width. They go hand and hand.

Ok, it’s getting much better now.

Well I’m not convinced that we can’t control the way we grow. So I tried some grips and adopted the one in the attached pic ; hoping that it will help pushing the blood in the right direction and avoid the CS. Maybe enough to make a difference? At least it cured my EQ issue. I didn’t Jelk that way, just squeezed in erection, then forced the blood flow in the penis while maintaining the squeeze. All over the shaft.

I wish you the best of luck in finding a grip that may direct growth for width or otherwise, but I see you’re putting your right thumb right on the dorsal column there, please be careful with that. There’s some important stuff in there and you don’t want to damage it. Good luck!

Hey, you’re right ; the pressure of the thumb is mainly on the side, applying diagonal force to pinch the CCs, so the dorsal nerves are safe. I should have specified it.

Glad your eq got better. It is very important for gains in the long term.

Flaccid gains are likely erect gains coming soon to a penis near you.

As far as gaining width without “thickness” I think you’ve got the right idea. I think you’d probably still get at least minimal CS gains though.

The penis seems to be a very manipulatable structure. When we pull on it; it creates length. If you clamp or choke it in all directions or pump it thick full of blood/fluid it creates overall thickness. If you stick a pencil or sounding device in it widens the urethra/pee-hole. I don’t see any reason why exerting horizontal pressure wouldn’t work to widen it.

Keep me posted. If it’s working for you I may try this during my next break from clamping.

Sure, I will focus on that for 3 weeks at least and see if it does more than helping recovery.

Now : Bpel 6.7"

If I’m not mistaken you’ve essentially improved an exercise I remember reading about for width called the palm press; which is exactly as it sounds. Squishing your penis between your two palms to create outward pressure that results in primarily horizontal expansion. Good luck!
