Hey fellow PE enthusiasts, it’s been a long time, but I’m trying to get somewhere with this again.

I wanted to pop in to here again after listening to Masculine Health Solutions, and this forum coming up. I went ‘Hey I remember that site’, and decided it was time to come back for more knowledge, and the help of input from other users. I go by Storm or StormShepherd, and I’ve been off and on trying PE since I was, admittedly 17, when my adult size pretty much cemented in at 15 or 16. I gave up on it for a while when I didn’t make ‘newbie gains’ within three months, and came back to it again when I was 24, at the end of my first relationship, which left me with feelings of inadequacy. Did PE for a year, and finally ‘leveled up’ a half inch. Wasn’t the most consistent about it then, but I finally saw some results. That took a long time, though, and I got pretty frustrated at thinking that I’m either a very slow gainer, or not doing something right.

Recently, I decided to resolve that I know this works, and I want to prove that I can overcome whatever was limiting me before. I also finally had the money to invest in a traction device, and decided to try the Phallosan Forte, which I’ve had since October. I’ve had to take breaks intermittently for various minor issues. Without too much rambling, here’s the starting place, the goal, and the routine, submitted for criticism, and suggestions.

First off: Starting: 6.5”x 5” BPEL
Currently: 7.1” x 5.5. And the Goal is 8.5 x 6.5

Since I’ve had some time with just the All Day Stretcher before I got back in to full PE routines, I started with a slightly higher intensity routine than a newbie might. I have a fairly busy life, between work, working out, and playing hockey, as well as a rather active group of friends. I wake up at 6:30 every day, and that’s where it starts.

5 Minute warm up - I just soak my shaft and pubic mound with the shower head.
1 set of manuals - I switch between 50 jelqs, and 2 1-minute v stretches in each of the 4 ‘cardinal directions’.
Then I clean up and put on the Phallosan Forte, which stays on for between 8 and 9 hours. Halfway through the day I switch the way it faces.
When I get home from work and settle in, I do another 5 minute warm up, and then I do another 50 jelqs, and then I put on a cock ring, get hard, and spend 5 minutes in my pump at -5in-Hg. Leave the cock ring on and go about the rest of my day, until just about time for bed, then repeat the grind all over.

With the exception of the Phallosan, which I wear 6 days a week, I do 2 on 1 off.

Thanks for posting this man it kinda motivated me to keep trying, I’ve recently started reading about stretchers to try to speed up the process.
