Returning To PE. Looking For Girth

So I’ve known about PE for a few years, and last year I did manual PE consistently for 6 months, just Jelqing and stretching. I went from 6.75(NBPEL) x 4.75 to 7(NBPEL) x 5 at my biggest measurement. Work and uni got in the way and I stopped PE, and now I am pretty much where I began. I stopped around 10 months ago so I guess I just didn’t continue for long enough to cement any gains.

Anyway, I’m getting back into PE and for the last week I’ve been doing some stretching and Jelqing whilst in the shower. I’ve already noticed a fuller flaccid hang and a more pronounced veins on my member. I’m looking to mainly focus on my girth, with length being less important .

Any manual routines to follow? And will I see any gains quicker considering I had already got bigger in the past?
