Review my Routine Thread

Thought it’d be good to put our routines up for the sake of constructive criticism. Learning PE to me felt like running blind a lot of the time. I was/am concerned that maybe I’m missing a huge blind spot, neglecting my tunica or my ligs or vice versa or doing missing out a great exercises that’d work synergistically with my routine.

I think a good starting point would be to put your specific objective. This may sound stupid; “To get a bigger penis Duh?” But I’m aware some members purely want length, or girth, or better EQ.

I’ll start off.

Main Objective:
Increase volume of penis - Increase girth and length - increase EQ

Routine - Done two days on - One off.

Behind the cheek stretch (BTC) LEFT — All held for approx 30 seconds
BTC right
BTC straight back
——-The BTC stretches are repeated twice——

Bundled stretch ——————hold for 30 seconds X5
Straight out pulls hold for 15 seconds x 5

200 Wet Jelqs
50 Wet V Jelqs

Edging

Penis pump while erect, maintained for 30 seconds x 7
