Revisiting PE And Aiming For The Best Possible Results Help And Advice Wanted

Hello, this is my first post, I’ve been on and off Thunders place, matters of size and PEGym a lot since my late teen years and now nearly 10 years on I’m finally looking to work on building the best plan (for myself, I know everyone’s PE journey is different).

In my first two and a half years I gained around 1-1.5 inches in length starting in the low to mid 3” mark fully erect and ending at around 4-4.5 inches erect, I started around 3” erect girth and am now sitting between 3.5-4” in erect girth. A lot of my measurements are rough as I haven’t measured much since my early 20’s and have done minor PE on and off since.

The reason I have joined and am posting is I want to go all out by in trying to achieve my goals of an “average” or “big” penis. (I use quotations here as I don’t know what I may be happy with, as far as sizing I’ve only had what I’ve had to work with so for all I know 5” may be more than enough for or even seem big to me 😅)

Although I would say I do have dreams of grandeur, hoping to attain 7-8” length and 5.5-6” girth, I will most likely take a break once I have reached either my goal (or until my wife says to stop 😅). I’m willing to put in the time and effort to achieve this goal but my main reason for writing this post is to get as much input and assistance with writing my plan as possible. I’ve seen the achievements of the PE users of the early days (DLD, big al and many others) and I long for those achievements.

I would love input into routines I should try, if anyone has had great results to share them and the workouts that lead you to that point. And any and all advice be it workout based, nutritional, supplementation, etc. Any and all advice is welcome. I am also interested in experimenting with new workout and exercises, anything and everything that could help I will try.

To wrap this up before I ramble on too much, I will add that my schedule is slightly limited due to working a lifestyle roster (5 on, 5 off, 4 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off) on my on days I’ll have roughly two hours available for PE and on days off I will have multiple hours available (no more than 6 hours a day)

Two last side notes, 1. I will try to make updates regularly, and to that point may even post before and after photos if I see results. Any questions as to the workouts that I go with, the results I’m seeing or any other questions or queries, I am more than happy to answer, so please feel free to message me and I’ll do my best to respond. 2. I am happy to use all types of PE methods, I have an ADS stretcher and Traction stretcher (phallosan), a bib hanger and a Bathmate pump, but wether it be manual or mechanical I’m more than happy to do it. If there is any other equipment I should look at getting please let me know.

Wow. That’s an impressive increase in both length and girth. 1.25 to 2.86 fl.oz.; you’ve more than doubled the volume of your penis already. That puts you in the "easy gainer" group.

Frankly, whatever you’ve been doing, keep doing it.

The only suggestion I have is to keep an eye on EQ; if you start having trouble getting or staying hard, it’s an early indicator that you’re going past the fatigue point; if so, back off for a week or so and it should improve.

The two most useful techniques for me have been hanging/ high tension extending (essentially they are the same, just different equipment) and clamping. I prefer vacuum hanging, as once you get the knack of it you can do long sessions without a break.

So if I was designing a program for you it would include vac hanging (or extending using a high tension extender, like the Best, Hog or Apex) using an IR heating pad for a portion for length, supplemented with a stealth around-the-waist and/or knee strap ADS for as many hours as you can mange each day, as many days a week as you can manage with your schedule. Personally, I am not a believer in taking lots of days off and other than decon breaks of a week or more that are typically planned, I only take days off from length training when my schedule demands it or I just need a break. Others disagree with this approach but it works for me.

For girth, if you are only going to do one thing I would suggest a 3 or 4 day per week clamping routine for 2 or 3, 10-minute sets, also using IR heat for some or all of the session.

You can start lower time for clamping and work your way up to 10 minutes, and also start with one clamp at the base and work your way up to 2 or 3 as you condition and you get more length.

You can also ‘soft clamp’ for 10 minutes most days using a bunch of silicone toe shields stacked at the base. I find this is great for EQ, filling out my CC as my tunica enlarges and softening up the tunica a bit. I usually do this every day, first thing in the morning.

If you really want to go for it then you could add 20 minutes of interval pumping (1 or 2 minutes at desired vacuum pressure, then deflate, then high back up to pressure). Again start with 5 or 10 minutes and work your way up. Also start low vacuum, like -4 or -5inHg and work your way up to -11 to -14.

To be clear, the stuff I’m suggesting is what works for me. I’m not suggesting this is definitive and the best approach. But these techniques have proven to be the most efficient for me in terms of results per unit time of effort and the easiest to get started with. You can get pretty involved with equipment and routines, but the basics work really well IMO.

For more inspiration about training smart, check out DickPushUp’s progress log, especially towards the last portion as his technique and approach have refined. That guy has things down to a science, has incredible documentation to log his experiments and results, and has been super creative, adding vibration, heat, bundled extending, etc, to make his gains as efficient as possible. He has gained a lot and is still growing. According to his stats he has gone from 5.25" BPEL to over 8" BPEL. Lots of inspiration there.

Thank you, I’ve never done the volume breakdown, so I honestly thought I might have been slightly below average in my gains. This has definitely given me a boost. 😁

I’m not entirely sure what I was doing back then just because I never kept a log all I can remember was doing a lot of stretches, Uli’s, jelqing, kegals, mild clamping and using the Bathmate, but as for sets and reps/duration I’m pretty unsure so it’s all going to be a guessing game again 😅

I’ll definitely keep an eye out for any EQ issues, normally I like to add in kegals to help my EQ, but if I do see any problems start to appear I’ll make sure to have a break.

Thank you, I’ll be looking to get a vacuum hanger in the coming months, as well as a new Bathmate, that I’ll modify for use with a pressure gauge and give this a go.

Also definitely going to check out dickpushups log, very interested to how he achieved his results. Will hopefully draw some inspiration from it.
