Rolling and Myofascial release

Rolling and Myofascial release

So this is something that occurred to me the other day. As an avid gym go-er I have a foam roller and a lacrosse ball that I use as essentially a self massage as well as to release tension, knots, sore muscles etc. So I got to thinking, what about using the lacrosse ball on you’re fleshy-fun-bridge or taint/choade under the idea of using it on the PC/BC muscles required for kegels? Does anyone have any any experience or thoughts on this? On my end its strictly theory at the moment.. In my head it seems like a sound idea though.

Thanks!

I”m not fully sure what benefit either of you are referring to. Maybe expand on this thought more, for those of us who don’t have innate body knowledge?

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Hey TG,

So because I’m feeling a bit lazy my definition is Wikipedia based. It reads as such:

“Myofascial release (or MFR) is an alternative medicine therapy that claims to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.”

Its basically really similar to a massage in that it works the muscle/tendon/ligament in such a way as to help break down scar tissue for the body to transport away or put pressure on a knotted muscle to kick in the relaxation (this part gets more technical with Golgi-tendons and that). Many athletes and weight lifters use it, they’ll roll their legs on a foam roller after a strenuous bout of leg dominant exercise etc. For harder to reach area’s or smaller muscle groups (such as the rotator cuff) people will use a lacrosse ball because it provides a smaller point of contact to get in and around the shoulder blade, you can then roll on it against the wall helping to release tension/knots. This is where I thought a lacrosse ball would be ideal for the PC muscle.

Did that help at all?
