routine for a newbie
hello
i am new in here. and new doing PE exercises.
I am doing the newbie rountine. 5 mins of warming up. the srtetching. how much time should i do this.
this work like wheightraining? that you do 3-4 sets of 10 repeticions?
it say 10 minus for stretching and 10 mins for jelqing. that is with out stoping?
and what othere exercises i can add to the routine?
