Routine for vacads

Hey all,

I was thinking of buying the Vac ADS. Would like to get peoples opinions on it? And if someone could suggest a beginner routine for it, that would be great?

Thanks for the advice new68coost. I’ve read some of it but haven’t gotten to the end yet.

hmm, I am not sure there is such a thing as a beginners routine for an ADS. I would not call using an ADS a beginners tool. They are not highly risky but care must be given in using them because there are possibilities for injuries or problems with any device that is used.

I use and have used off and on a home made vac ADS. Basically, get to the point where you can wear it for as long as possible, up to 8 hours a day, for as many days as possible. It is good to take a break one or two days a week.
