Routine
Hello all fellow PEers! Looking for any suggestions or anything helpful to further help me with gains.
My routine at the moment:
100 2 second wet jelqs at about 75-90% erect (still not sure if I’m doing the technique right. I’ve watched the videos and read everything I could just something doesn’t feel right)
Down - 30 seconds
Down to the left - 30 seconds
Down to the right - 30 seconds
Straight out - 30 seconds
Left - 30 seconds
Right - 30 seconds
Up - 30 seconds
Behind the cheeks center - 30 seconds
Straight out rotary stretches - 25 cranks
Kegels daily - 400+
I manual stretch about 3 times. Usually morning, mid afternoon, and night. 1 day on / 1 day off for the moment.
Any comments/advice/criticism please!
