Hi all, finally I could register! I have a small tool, up to 5 inches long x 4 girth when hard, and my goal is to reach 6’5 inches long someday. I used to think that I had to achieve the goal in less than six months, and that was causing me a lot of anxiety, always measuring again and again and having 0 gains at all.

I started jelqing in April, but didn’t do it properly (I never warm, not very focused when doing it) and went like that until June. In June I started again from scratch, warming a lot before and after, but as I was very anxious and probably I overworked, not giving rest days and jelqing as hard as I could. Then I finally changed routine and did memo’s routine for 2 weeks, 3 days in and 1 off. Now, I doesn’t feel I’ve gained anything, and I want to finally do it RIGHT.

I plan on doing the newbie routine for 3 months, no measurements at all, working 3 days on and 1 off in single sessions, with dry jelqing (I always did that) and normal stretches. My first question is: how many months should I put as time goal? I mean, it’s good to stick only to the first 3 months of newbie routine and don’t think afterwards, and stick to the routine even if I don’t see real gains?

But I have some doubts about it, they may sound strange, but here they are:

- When I jelq, the last half of the penis gets really red and dark, but sometimes I see that just under the glans it’s almost white, as if there wasn’t good blood circulation there, eve if the glans itself is red and big. Is that normal or it’s a bad sign?
- I do the dry jelq because of private issues, my girlfriend doesn’t know I’m doing PE, of course. It’s better to do 3 seconds jelq or is it better to do very hard and longer jelqs. What’s more important: rhythm or the pressure being put there? I say that because I prefer to jelq for 20 minutes but never really count how many jelqs I’m doing.
- When stretching, I feel the head turns really small because of the pressing applied. If I jelq after stretching, the head has a lot of “bumps” during a while until enough blood make it tight. Is that normal? I’m stretching OK?
- Kegels: I find it very difficult to do them! I do kegels when flaccid, so when I do the kegel, most of the times I feel nothing in the penis. It’s that normal or I am doing it wrong? I get really exhausted if I do a single set of 20 short kegels. Not to mention I can’t do even 5 long kegels. I know some people have stronger muscles than other, but is this normal? I try to do some kegels now and then during the day, but hardly continued sets, as I’m really not capable of maintaining the force there.
- What kind of underwear do you use? Can it affect the results? I get a little nervous because I use quite compressing underwear and I tend to think it’s compressing my penis thus making gains go away just after the session. But if I use loose underwear, it gets cold quickly and I feel it’s uncomfortable after a PE session. What’s your opinion on it? It may seem a little paranoid but sure a lot of newbies think about it, specially those of us who are small.
- After the sessions, I get a little paranoid on loosing warm in the area. I tend to adopt “protective” positions of the body. It’s really important to maintain the area as warm as possible during the whole day?

Well, that was my first post here. Sorry if something feels a little naive and I threw a lot of topics mixed up, but I expect to learn a lot during the next days, specially from you. And thank you very very much. Being small is difficult, but thanks to you guys I now sense I have a chance to overcome it.

PE could be a life long endeavour depending on the goals you set for yourself. Stick to the newbie routine for 3 months. Its been put up for a reason. Once you are over with your 3 months, evaluate your goals. Measure only once a months and record your gains, if any. Persistence pays. Once you are over with your newbie routine, you could consider hanging, clamping etc.

Could be because you are not doing your jelqs right? Use a good firm grip. As long as its not turning deep blue and cold there is no need to worry. Jelqing will ensure a good blood supply to your penis and not otherwise.

IMO, since you are starting out, its better to stick with the 3 second jelq. Use a good firm grip and make sure you use both hands to jelq. When you reach the tip with one hand, grasp the base of the shaft with the other. This way you will maintain pressure. Very hard jelqs maynot be good at this point in time.

Head turning small is OK. Wouldnt you try to shrink if someone held you tight? Bumps?? Are you talking about speedbreakers? Well if you are referring to tiny spots, its a common thing while jelqing. Its a sign of your dick being worked out. You could worry about them if they become painfull. Take a break and dont overdo it.

Kegels are meant to strengthen your pelvic floor. As such they dont do anything to your penis. You wont even feel much in your penis when you kegel. Building strength is a matter of time. You didnt get strong in one day. Keep working on it. You may be able to do continued sets because your BC muscles maybe getting tired fasted. Allow some rest and start again. Every muscle needs some rest without which they wont respond.

I dont know about others but I use a normal underwear that can bought in any mall. Wearing tight underwears is not good as it can hamper semen production in the testicles. So maybe you can use one size bigger. Tight underwears may not be a good idea since they restrict blood flow to the penis. A good blood flow is essential for healing of worn out cells.

Im not sure if I can keep it warm all day long. I have business to go about. But yes, a good warm bath or a hot compress is very essential after a PE workout. Once you have had a bath or a compress, let it cool down naturally.

Thank you very much! The hardest thing to me is kegels. Maybe I have a weak muscle down there, even though I practice a lot of sports and I’m quite athletic. Wrong distribution of muscles maybe? :-) I believe you it pays with time. It’s like going to the gym. 2 years after you’re happy with what you have achieved even if in the first 2 months you didn’t feel so much changing.

- About jelqing: I prefer to do dry jelqing, it’s embarrassing to me to find lubricants and such things. I do dry jelqing while seating, changing hand every 10 strokes more or less. I do firm OK strokes up to 1 cm below the head, then go down gently and doing it again. At the end of a session, the last 6 or 7 cms. Of the penis are very red and bigger, while the base seems to remain unchanged. After some time (maybe minutes, maybe hours) all returns to normal (and smaller, damn it). For all I’ve read, that’s completely normal, isn’t it?

- I also read about JAI stretches. It seems quite a easy an no dangerous thing to add to the newbie routine, isn’t it? I mean, I could do the newbie PLUS JAI stretching sessions during the day?

-Edging: I added edging to the practices. As my girlfriend is right now on a business trip, I guess it’s a good practice. I last less than 10 minutes when having sex and I want to improve that. So, I’m trying edging AND relaxing the PC muscles down there, and it seems it works a little. I could spend 25 minutes stroking without real need to cum. Of course, with a girl between the legs it’s more difficult, as you have to focus a lot more on your muscles and your feelings, but I guess that’s a good thing to do besides the newbie routine and JAI, isn’t it?

If its embarrassing for you to buy jelly or some lube you could try using vegetable oil. I use that for jelqs. Also jelqing with one hand for 10 strokes and then changing over to the other hand is less effective. Try alternating strokes with the left and the right hand stroke after stroke. Grip the base of the penis firmly with the right hand and slowly move towards the head building up the pressure. When you have reached the head with your right hand, clasp the base of the dick with the left hand at the same time maintaining your grip with the right hand near the head. Let go off the right hand and stroke with the left hand now till you reach the head. Go on this was for 200 strokes. Make sure each stroke lasts about 3 strokes. Hope this helps.
