Safety glasses for use with IR lamp

Hey fellas,

I was interested in investing in glasses for safety while using an infrared lamp, as I like to be on the safe side of things.

Would any of the products from the following site work for using a 100-150 watt bulb facing my lower body?

Tanning bed goggles. Amazon them. That’s the radiation suggestion, as close up UV rays damage your eyes for sure and the goggles protect them.

UV and infrared are at the opposite sides of the light spectrum. Not a physicist or anything but I would think the two are different.

UV and Infrared are different wavelengths. This speaks to the density of said waves. UV being more dense than both light and infrared would be ample protection from Infrared. Same if you wore equipment to protect you from Gamma waves for UV. It would be overkill.
