I was sceptical about penis enlargement in the beginning as when I first started I didn’t see really any gains when using the hand jelq technique.

In the end I didn’t really have the time, so Jelqing went out of the window.

However, I was having problems lasting long and keeping hard erections, at best if I were lucky my erect penis size would be just off 6 inches, but that didn’t happen very often and it was more like 5 inches with not a great erection.

I decided that I needed to make a lot of lifestyle changes including what I did in life, what I ate and also exercise.

I have been gradually doing all this throughout the pandemic and I have also started to revisit jelqing and penis care in general after doing some in-depth research.

Over the past few months I have built in testicular massage into my daily routine along with the manual jelqing and penis massage.

Diet wise I am eating more healthy with adding more fruit and vegetables with mostly fish and chicken and I also make my own smoothies from scratch. I also drink pomegranate juice.

I have noticed that I am a lot less stressed out, more calmer and happier.

I have also noticed that my testicles are a lot bigger in size and hang better and more freely.

My erections are a lot bigger, harder and I can maintain them for a lot longer and I can control whether I wish to ejaculate or not at the time of orgasm.

Onto the size of my penis when fully erect. The measurement that I get when measuring it’s length from the pubic bone is 7 inches.

I have also noticed that I am more girthier (thicker) as well.

My goal is to get to 7 inches in length without measuring from the pubic bone.

I would also like to be a bit more girthier (thicker).

I have made a homemade power jelq device and have being using it in my jelqing routine the past couple of times instead of my hands.

I am just wondering if there is any point to using it as I am so close to my length goal. Although I still have to work on my girth (thickness).

What are your opinions on using the homemade power jelq device to increase girth (thickness) or am I just as well trying out the V-Jelq technique?

I am glad that I decided to revisit the jelqing technique due to the gains that I have made.

However, my lifestyle changes would of no doubt helped as well.

After reading your post, I have no choice but to argue that you are not skeptical of PE. Or did I miss something?

When I saw the title, I cringed, thinking it was yet another “skeptical about PE” thread. But it’s actually an uplifting tale—congrats for turning your health around.

I was skeptical of the whole PE.

I did further research into getting bigger, harder, stronger erections and an online sex therapist had some podcasts and videos where she talks about natural PE and mentions lifestyle, are you succeeding in life in all aspects including work.

So I am transitioning to the far less stressful creative role. She also talks about diet and exercise. I have been modifying my diet and exercise routine and she also mentions testicular massage.

So I decided to give the PE exercise another go, with the addition of testicular massage.

I am more upbeat, less stressed, mostly calm and more happy and I have more energy.

So it makes sense to look at your whole life, as one part effects the other.

I believe because of this I am seeing results in both length and girth (thickness) a long with bigger, harder, stronger erections that last longer. So I now also have the stamina and can control whether I ejaculate or not at orgasm.

The podcast I listened to is ‘Orgasmic Enlightenment’ that will also lead you to her website and YouTube channel.

It does make sense looking at your whole lifestyle and not just one bit.

It seems to be working for me, which it wasn’t beforehand.

Good for you bro! I had a bit of that awakening back in 2017 when my health went a bit of downturn and my thyroid acted up. I was always curious about PE independently. Fast forward, I’m in the best shape of my life, turning 43 soon, i think my life kind of snowballed into that blessing just from having that stamina and focus. I did listen to a couple of podcasts not necessarily about orgasmic potential, just got into personal development, business and health. The PE was kind of in the back of my head like if im going to do this I should seriously give it a go like how I’m working out. So last week was when I made that jump and renewed at Thunders and started tracking too. I powerlift 4x a day, but I follow a volume regimen so I stay lean and gain muscle. I’m not that strict with diet, i do eat healthy and look at my macros but im always sitting at maintenance, perhaps this one too I’ll give it a push so I can see my abs again. I never really thought of using Thunders as an accountability and log tool, i used it for research but i think it’s pretty powerful to stay a bit engaged seeing other guys success were due to keeping connected with other guys and doing the work. I don’t know which method works better, i just chose hanging because i had manual exercise done in past and i know jelq and stretches helped but i felt i needed more acceleration. This is a bit of experimental for me. Working from home helps but it needs privacy, not sure what I’d do if my kids walk in and saw weights dangling on my weiner. It’d either be a nightmare and therapy or they’ll shrug and say that makes sense. My boys said one day, dad is either always working out or at his computer working. (Gave me a bit of guilt but most dad’s don’t get to spend much time with their kids) I do try to spend some quality time with my kids. Anyhow, another chapter of growth for us. Except I only used duck tape at the edges under the foam.

When I use it my penis stays in the middle in between the foam covered rollers and it gives an even pressure squeeze as I run it up from the base of my penis to the glands.

It definitely takes the pressure off your hands.

With regards to the homemade Power Jelq device. I have decided to discontinue the use of it as after 3 or 4 days I started to lose the power of my erections and couldn’t get as big as before.

So, I gave myself a break and then went back to the manual Jelqing with my hand and my hard, stronger, bigger erections have returned and I have managed to get them back to the 7 inches long and 5 1/2 inches (girth) thick again.

However, I have noticed a small red spot has appeared under the skin just above my cut line where I was circumcised in between it and the glands.

I have had to lay off the Jelqing again as the small spot can become a bit sore.

How long do you think it will take to calm down?

Should I also lay of masturbation for a bit also?

Give it a week to heal and you should probably not jelq so hard. Jelqing is about moving blood, not expanding tissue.
