Seeking advice for length goals
Hello all,
I have lurked on here for awhile but decided to join up and see if I am at least headed in the right direction, so here goes..
Background:
I have been practicing PE intermittently for nearly 3 years but have not been consistent enough with it to get results. At different times I’ve done manual stretching, jelqing, pumping with the bathmate X40, hanging with the bib starter, and last year I started extending with the sizegenetics because I thought it would be convenient (and boy was I wrong). I hung up to 20 lbs in the spring of 2019 but stopped due to privacy problems. I didn’t do much over the summer and last fall I got in around 130 hours in the extender as I was working my way up to 8 hours/day. Due to the inconsistency I didn’t gain any length whatsoever, but I did notice some girth gains of what I estimate to be .25 inches over that time. I’ve always been about 7.75 BPEL depending on the day. I took a roughly three month decon break for a career training event from Dec 2019 until Feb 2020, and since then I decided that this would be the year I stick with it to make it happen. I know it will be a tough road ahead as my intermittent PE over the past three years has given me a stronger (but not longer) penis.
Goals:
I have a lateral curve to the left of about 20ish degrees (starts mid-way up my shaft) that I would like to straighten out. I think it is a congenital curve as it has been like that since I can remember getting erections as a teenager. My ligs are high and fairly tight so I would like to pull those out as well so I can hang lower. I’m guessing I will need about 1-2 inches of length to achieve those goals, but I really have no idea. I have enough girth that some women already have a very difficult time with so I think I’m good there.
2020 PE routine:
I got serious and started on 2/26 with manual stretching/jelqing and/or extending with the sizegenetics. I did one or both of those every single day with a light day once a week until 3/31, when I transitioned back into hanging and have been hanging for 15 straight days with the bib starter. I started hanging 3 sets at 7.5 lbs and have worked my way up to 6x20 minute sets (2hrs) hanging BTC to target lig gains first. I take zero rest days with the exception of a light day if I’m feeling sore. After 15 days I am up to hanging 13-14 lbs BTC to hit fatigue and ride it down to 10 lbs (6x20 min sets). I am honestly a little concerned that I am able to handle so much weight this early on with no rest days. I have not had any issues other than some numbness early on due to over tightening, but I have since fixed that problem.
Current stats:
BPEL: 7.75
BPFSL: 8.25 (8.5 after hanging)
Base EG: 6
Mid shaft EG: 5.25
Anyway I’m just looking for advice from the veterans on here to see how I can improve and if I am headed in the right direction. Also just to add, I normally am too busy traveling full time that hanging is somewhat of a hassle, but COVID has pretty much taken care of that for the remainder of 2020 and I will be home more this year than any other in recent memory. I feel like hanging is going to be the best way going forward given that my anatomy has been strengthened in the past due to the intermittent PE I’ve done. I’m open to anything.thanks.
