Jelqing was really difficult with foreskin, but stretching wasn’t.

No, I want to understand and help. Don’t be sorry. What is difficult? You can pull your skin back and jelq and let the skin go all the way, pull the skin back and jelq again. Is there something else causing a problem?

You mean, move my foreskin per stroke?
Pull the foreskin back together when ‘pulling back process’, and pull forward foreskin together though it covers the glans while ‘pulling forward phase’, and repeat for about 300 times?

I worry about that, I think exercise were applied to the foreskin, not penis if I do like you told.

That’s what I meant, yes. This way your foreskin slides along with your grip, and will not be in the way.

You can consider that a type of conditioning, yes. Combined with the other exercises would be more effective.

To be simple, Don’t care my foreskin rolling up to cover my glans when I pull my penis forward while jelqing, and just retract it again when I pull back.

Did I understood it right?

I started the exact same size as you four months ago. I’m now just over 7 inches BPEL and 5.5 at the base. I use an extender for about four hours a day followed by a 200 rep jelqing routine afterwards. It’s working great. If you’re a grower like me, the extender might be a great option.

Yep, any PE will condition your penis to some extent. If jelqing just isnt working out for you, you could look into some of the basic squeezes. I use one where i squeeze the base with one hand and just behind the glans with the other. This puts most of the penis under pressure without any movement. Something like that could provide you with girth growth while conditioning you for other methods.

I will find methods about squeezing later.

Since stretching isn’t difficult for me and my uncut penis, so I will condition my penis with stretching and squeezing.
