Should I add BTC to my routine?

Hey guys!

Today just after I finished my routine, I did some BTC stretching while I smoked a cigarette (10 mins).
It felt pretty intense and some burning sensation, but no pain whatsoever after doing it. My penis feels as good as new.

I just started PE 1 month and two weeks ago, and I am already seeing gains (last time I measured was exactly at the one month mark, 7 mm gain!)

My routine, I consider, is light.
-Two sets of one 30-second stretch in each direction.
-80 jelqs.

Do you think I should add this intense-feeling, 10-min BTC stretch to my routine if last time I measured I was having gains?

I ask this because I’ve read, and many people have told me, to gain with the least force possible…
I don’t want to “spoil” my penis using more force or intensity than necessary…

Hey Glowsticker,
You just gained 7 mm in your first month. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Unless you’re having bad PIs and you can fix them this way or something. That’s just what I think. Your current routine looks perfect for the first several months anyway.
Also stop hijacking other people’s threads, we’ll get to you. hahaha.
