Should I mix up my routine now?
I’ve been PEing for about 2 months now.
My routine:
15 min. Manual stretches, BTC stretches, Jai stretches all in hot shower
300 3-sec jelq strokes
2 min Jai stretches
I’ve gained about 0.2-0.3 in length.
2 days on, 1 day off.
I’ve been pretty consistent with the workout so far. The first month, I could see that my penis was a bit sore after the workout. Now it isn’t actually sore. I don’t feel the effects of PEing on my penis as much anymore.
I was wondering if I should mix up my routine, so that the penis doesn’t develop a resistance to the workout?
I started reading goingdeep’s routine because he has made some good gains.

He mixes and experiments with his routine alot. Any suggestions as to what I can incorporate to my routine?
I’m going to add in V-stretches after my jelqs. Does anyone know what cranks, underleg stretches, and squeezes are? Or a link they can provide, because I can’t find it in my search.
I’m also thinking of trying out ADS now. I think a newbie-when he’s past the conditioning stage-should start experimenting and see what works best for him. I’m not going to do everything all at once, but I think its a good idea to do different stretches and jelq differently on different days.
