Should I Modify My Stretching Routine?

I’m on my 1st month, never did P.E before, 23 years old.

I’m only doing nowadays the basic stretch newbie routine, 30 seconds up down left right and anticlockwise 2x. On the 3rd week of P.E i added btc stretches and i was using too much force and that affected my EQ, so i took things easy and diminished the force and removed BTC.

But after reading marinera’s thread on stretching, he posted some interesting stuff like fulcrum stretches and stretching more in the same angle after 1 minute.

Should i add any of this in my routine? I didn’t really get to understand the fulcrum stretches. How can i modify my stretching routine to see if i get better results? 1 month on P.E and still zero changes in lenght.

You are in the early days of PE which is the phase of conditioning your penis (get it in shape). Stay with the newbie routine for a few months before you add significant change. Monitor your PI’s to inform you if you need to reduce or perhaps increase repetitions.

Remember PE is a marathon, not a sprint. Do not get in a hurry and do too much as you can cause injury which is demotivating and will slow you down.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Start experiment with fulcrum stretching after at least 6 months. You want to achieve the most newbie gains possible without higher force.
