Stretching Plus The Newbie Routine?
I’m in my second week of the newbie routine. I’d love to incorporate some stretching to help with length.
What are some specific stretching routines I can do before and after the jelqing?
My routine so far is
5 minutes heat
A couple of light stretches
15 minutes jelqing (going up 5 minutes a week)
Basic stretching
5 minutes heat
