Extended Mechanical Stretching

Hello guys, I would like to talk about the extended stretching ADS, I have seen people who use extenders for many hours and I would like to know if this can replace manual stretching, as I feel that the ADS have a much more noticeable stretching and for how long on average it would be good to use it to get good results and for how many days a week do I have to use it every day ? Or two days of work and one of rest ? Remembering that I am using an extended stretching device and not an extender

Difficult questions there Ronin. If you prefer to use an ADS instead of a regular extender, so go for it. How many hours per day ? Only you can tell what works for you, your penis, your working situation, family situation, private time and so on. I would say, use a weight that is comfortable to you and that you can wear for hours each day. Use it every day if your PI are good, EQ is good, you have no discomfort and your penis doesn’t get cold during ADS use. If you feel that your penis is fatigue, take a day or two or three off. It is something that is very individual, and every person has to try and find out what works for that person. One routine doesn’t apply for all, but what people are writing here, and the reccommended routines, are guidelines and everyone of us has to adjust them a little to our own life situation and possibilities. Hello guys, I have a doubt that I would like to be clarified. When I stretch with the ADS I stay around for 1 hour, right after removing the ADS, I notice that my penis shrinks a lot in its flaccid state, which doesn’t happen when I don’t do this on the rest day where it gets flabby size normal, is it normal for this shrinkage to happen? And if not, can it harm growth? What can I do to avoid this?

You can try several light stretches and some jelqing.

What's happened after jelq ?

Hi guys, I have a question here, after the stretch, is it recommended to do the jelq? Does it really work? Or is it similar to bathmate? As far as I know, bethmate works until a certain period after use, after which the body returns to its normal state, having no permanent gain.

I stretch first, then jelq, and yes I found that it does work permanently!

For how long ?

Hey guys, I would like to know how long it is recommended to stay with ADS? I can currently spend at least 1 hour with it directly, more than that time it starts to get very uncomfortable, I could do it every 1 hour with 30 minute intervals, or you guys recommended finding a lower tension and staying as long as possible using ?

Noting that, the ADS I made a little different from the ones presented here in thunders, I’ve tried using rubber bands, but the ones Used to make it a little tricky to get around here, I used a weaker one for a while, but soon I had the impression that the tension was low, so I changed to an elastic tube that is an exercise machine, I cut and made a strip with the material, it is much more rigid than the previous one and the one that most resembles the one presented on the forum, but msm apparently so more rigid. I tried using it for a while, but the elastics in general always pressed more on the head, making the tip frosty and there was a very big color change, besides not stretching as expected, which made me change to a fabric, which allowed for better regulation of tension and elongation and much better. Maybe it’s not as effective as the ADS presented on the forum, but I feel that my adaptation is fulfilling its role.

Listen to your body indicators. If one hour is sufficient to give you a cold head sensation, then go for 30-45 minutes with 15 minute break. However, it is solely up to you and your personal preference.

Two questions

Hello guys, I would like to know if there is any way to make the erection more rigid and full for jelqs and erections in general. I don’t have any problems with erections, on the contrary, but in some periods when I’m unwell or tired the erection is a little compromised, thus making it difficult for my jelq at the end of the day. Can this happen with periods of low testosterone?

Another question that I have, some periods of a few days, I don’t have much sex drive, would this be a consequence of low testosterone? A few days ago I was getting erections unintentionally practically every day, recently I’m not getting it anymore.

If your schedule says workout, but your penis is not in the mood at all you might prefer to skip it, or try later the same day. If you feel you could still workout, just don’t have the full erection you need, try a cock ring.

Anyway, you should be relaxed when doing PE, not in a rush. Still a lot of psychology is involved, …

I understand, the problem is that recently I’m not having much sexual appetite, because of that I believe my testosterone is a little low, I’m not having erections involuntarily, only when I have some visual or tactile stimulus (which is not abnormal, this libido way works like I’m tired but not feeling), I still do the PE even though the erections aren’t turning out the way I want them to. For example four days that I do PE one or two days are stronger erections, so I would like to know what I can do to improve my testosterone in a natural way besides doing weight training (at home). I believe that if I deprive myself for a week maybe I’ll even feel less like it I think, what do you say?

Age, diet,and physical activity all play a role in that. Which one affects you the most well you’ll have to determine that.
