Guys I would like to take some questions related to penis enlargement, I am twenty years old and I would like to have a bigger member, not because of third parties, but because of my own well-being. With that I have some questions related to this subject. I started about a week ago, the first time on jelq, I really felt that the vascularity and the power of the erection increased in the first training, but, I think I did it in a very intense way for the first time, because I felt a pain until that great in a part of the base, I gave a week of rest practically and yesterday I resumed the exercises of 25 minutes of jelq only this time not so strong. I would like to know, if only with jelq is it possible to permanently increase the size of the penis? Are the gains really permanent? And if so, approximately how long will the results begin to appear?

There’s no better time to start then now. The earlier you get going the earlier you’ll see improvements. All of those questions are dependent on you, your routine, and your consistency. Jelqing is a great way to condition your unit for more advanced and/or strenuous exercises, while also boosting your EQ’s. However, many on this site including myself wouldn’t attribute jelqing to their gains (although some have, you may be one of them). The Newbie Routine is a great way to get acclimated to PE. I’m nobody special, but I’d recommend starting with that USING HEAT and getting into the groove of things.

I wish I had started at your age. The great thing about it is that you really have zero time pressure - top recommendation from me is - take your time to avoid injuries. Start slow - trying to go too fast will actually slow down your gains.

Newbie routine first by all means.

Thank you for the tips. But to what exactly do you attribute your winnings? For you to have an idea of ​​my routine, I do 25 minutes of jelq with at least 4 variations, I intend to add another 10 minutes of stretching to see if I see a difference. I usually start exercising after the shower in the evening, then I go to sleep and start the process again the next day. Anyway I don’t intend to stop the jelq, I feel that it makes a lot of difference in the erection.

I just don’t want to have to work too hard to not have won anything or to have won and not be a permanent result

hello guys, i’m new here for a few weeks, but due to my curiosity, i finally decided to start a PE routine. I made a post today, and some members clarified some basic things and helped me with some tips. although some questions have been clarified, i still have doubts about some questions i asked myself before starting the practices, such questions are:

1- on average how long will the first results appear? (if you want to talk about how long the results came for you, I will be grateful)

2- are the gains really permanent?

3- what were the practices that you attribute your gains? (I ask myself this question, as one member reported that most of his earnings and that of other forum members, does not attribute his earnings to jelq practices, which I am using to join my search)

my routine: I do 25 minutes of jelq, with approximately 4 variations of it. I intend to add another 10 minutes with manual stretches. all this after a hot shower.
observation: I had already done approximately 1 and a half months or 2 just stretching, but I did not notice any kind of gain, if you have obtained, it was very insignificant. Is this any indication that I am doing it wrong, or did the EP not work for me?

Started 3 months ago of pumping everyday, working my way up from 3 times of five minute sessions to now 5 seven minute sessions. Last month I started manual stretches and jelqs 20 minutes of each. I have acquired over a half inch in length but no girth as of yet.

A lot of different things. My PE history started a few years back in my preadolescent years, so I never really got anything the Newbie Routine since I was doing most of it wrong. JAI stretches in the shower this past semester worked well for me. I’m seeing that clamping has had a good impact as well as my vacuum stretcher. A whole bunch of things that I’ve given a shot over time have yielded positive results. I think you should try to stretching in a hot shower. You don’t seem to have any length work in your routine.

Yes, gains can be permanent. Keep a lower erection level for jelqs. If you stay consistent and use constant heat you’ll be glad you started.

Thank you for the tip, I will try to do the stretches in a hot bath as you said and out of the jelqs. I believe that it will not be possible to do all this routine every day, but I will do my best. I improvised a stretching equipment with about 1.5 kg that I will use for half an hour for a while, I used that equipment yesterday and had an interesting stretch, then complete with manual stretching.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
