Hi guys, I’d like to talk to you guys, I’ve been on PE for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed that I have more prominent veins, although I may have dried out a little bit of fat and skin, although I’ve never had a very high fat percentage.

I’m a little scared and scared that PE methods don’t work, so I came here to appeal to you again. For those who have been doing this for some time, what methods would you recommend for the greatest effectiveness and expected gains? We could include from exercises to anabolics, because from what I’ve seen, the latter works, and I would combine that with the gym, thus taking advantage of the gains from this resource.

When it comes to exercises and accessories for the PE, I would really like to know about everything that is more effective, regardless of level and so on. I would like to know if anabolic steroids really work for the increase

Use the newbie routine. Steroids do nothing for penis gains. Stay committed and use constant heat.

-You are just starting to experience the benefits of PE. It is working for you. Be persistent. Stick with it.

-You continue to try and talk yourself out of moving forward. You have seen proof of the benefits of PE. Stick with it. Push the negative thoughts out of your mind.

-As Titleist said, steroids do not work for PE. To learn everything you need to read everything. Start reading through the forums. Start or continue with the newbie routine.

Stretch And Extenders

Hi guys, lately I’ve been trying to find a way to stretch better and more intensely and as comfortable as possible, because manual stretches are very tiring and I feel like I don’t have a decent stretch. So I come to them to ask if they can do an intense stretch and with a certain level of comfort in a more homely way while I don’t buy an extender. I would like recommendations for this type of device if possible.

Hi guys, I would like to know a method or jelq exercise that is quite intense and that you can recommend me, the exercises you have on the site are not having the same feeling as before. I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong but I think my body got used to it, is this normal? Should I just increase the practice time?

You can increase the intensity of jelqing. Have you read the How to Jelq thread? It lists a bunch of methods to make jelqing more intense.

Hey guys, I started to use quite an extender that I improvised based on what had a tutorial here on the forum, I would like to know which support place is better to do the extension.. On the base of the penis? Middle or right at the beginning of the glans?

Extenders are generally affixed as close to the tip as possible. That usually means just behind the glans.

Hey guys, I want to know the best methods for length and circumference, after this month I intend to change my methods, which would you recommend? Bomb ? Extenders, stretching or hanging ?

Everyone is different and reacts differently to exercises, but jelqing is how I gained girth.

How long would it be recommended to use an extender? I’m replacing the manual stretches a little because it’s very tiring and sometimes I can’t do it at a good intensity.

Hi Ronin.bs!
You should read few posts here … with all the answers.
I used my extender for 4-8 hours a day.
(Gains are relative to each guy)
