I Worrying Too Much ?

Hello guys, I would like to know some ways to increase sexual appetite. Lately I only feel appetite when I meet my partners, other than that, I rarely feel like masturbating during the week. Would that be normal? Or am I just worrying too much? Considering that I’m 20 years old and I train practically every day, nowadays I don’t dedicate myself to training as much as I did a while ago, but I train almost every day of the week weight training and calisthenics, I’m not sedentary, but I don’t do cardio like running for example

This might be slightly off topic, but you are absolutely correct, when I was fully stressed out and depressed and very angry, I would be in the middle of awesome sex, and I’ll go half limp, and wouldn’t be able to orgasm, everything slowly got better mentally and now I’m back to normal. It was a scare though.

But for the original post, I would suggest trying to hold more blood inside to keep it more hard, like recommended above, but you possibly could have an underlaying issue that’s causing this and I would say it’s mostly mentally and based on your mood

Many things can cause “low T”, age, being overweight, poor diet and or lack of exercise… when you have your next physical and CBC, request your Testosterone levels be checked…

What worked best for you?

What method did you use that gave you the most gains in terms of length? And which in circumference?

This is just my curiosity, but it may also serve as an idea for other people. If I find a method that interests me, maybe I can change my routine a little bit, but what I’m currently doing is giving me results.

What do you feel is best in your opinion? Extender, ADS, hang, bathmate, jelq, any different routines?

Jelq and stretch work just fine.

Tricks

hello guys, I was thinking of complementing my PE in some way, I’m progressing in gains, but I see that the circumference ones are much more difficult, I would like to know if there are some tricks that can optimize my circumference gains, currently I’m just doing dry jelqs that on my exercise days, about 30 to 40 minutes, which makes my unit quite bloated, which I assume is a positive. however I wanted to know some tricks that would help me in the circumference gains, I heard about attaching the base of the unit and working a little jelq and keeping the blood accumulated, but I don’t know the time and if that really helps

I’ve been around for over a week with a nodule on the skin of my penis, in the lower part near the base, with a considerable size (larger than usual), several periods of my life end up forming and these nodules, but they usually disappear in a few weeks.

in general they are nodules that according to my research, can be symptoms of lymphocele, which is not a serious problem, this is the result of poor removal of body fluids from the penis after erections and things like that.

the problem is that this one in particular, thanks to the non-standard size of the anterior lymphoceles and their location, is hampering me a lot in the performance of P.E, jelq sessions are very painful, and this week I barely got a satisfactory erection because of the pain It is, because no matter how I perform the jelq, it is inevitable that I put pressure on the nodule at all times, which makes it swell slightly and become sensitive and painful until the lightest squeezes. even in the extraction sessions with the ads are painful, because it always pulls the skin that is close.

in the beginning and in some situations this week, I managed to do my exercises in a normal way, but most of the time it is mentally exhausting, because I don’t get an erection that I want in the jelqs because of the pain, which makes me lose heart about it to exercise for always being feeling this discomfort in the skin.

even when I went to try to measure my gains it hurt me, because I can’t get a very good erection, both for the last two days a little stressed because of work and also because I do the measurement in my initial moments of work in jelq, of course I do not measure when the penis is swollen, but in those moments of preparation when all the blood is in good circulation and I feel that I have a good erection. but according to my measurements I took today, I’m still in a gain, obviously below my last measurement because as I said before, I’m not getting a satisfactory erection to take the measurements, due to the more limited blood flow thanks to this lymphocele problem and reinforced by stress.

so I think I’m going to stay this weekend without jelqs and just working on stretching and avoiding as much as possible having contact with the nodule and massaging it so that the liquid is drained

edit ( when I mentioned my gains lower than the last measurement, where I was with a completely normal erection. I mean that the measurement I took today is smaller because the erection is not so good, but still, I have measurements bigger than made previously, so I believe that I continue to have gains. this measurement taken today, would be a real test, a second test to verify if my previous measurement really showed gains, even though I did not have a satisfactory erection, and it is visible that my gains in recent times were real )

i need help

Hi guys, I’m looking for a new workout routine

These weeks I’m getting ready to start a new job, but I don’t think I’ll be able to maintain my standard routine of at least 6 hours of stretching and jelq at the end of the day.

I believe that I will have much less time or no time to do my stretching with ads, because I use one that I improvised and that works.

Does anyone know a way for me to maintain a routine that meets my goals?
Would it be better if I buy a vacuum extender? I think that way I could keep my current routine
