Should you jelq after clamping
I’ve been doing p.e for around a yr now!! And I’ve decided to dump my pump & try clamping to get some real girth gains my main goal really! I was wandering if I start doing clamping would I be ok to just clamp daily(1 off 1 on to start) without jelqing? Or should I add clamping to my pe routine? Has anyone tryed just clamping & given up on the jelqs? Would I get good gains just by clamping? I really don’t have the time anymore becuase of work & other commitments to keep up my normal routine it’s killing me slowly inside :( .!
Routine atm!!
5min warmup!! Sock
30 minute jelqs!!
5-10 minute pumping(removing for clamping)
5 minute warmup water
PC-KEGELS * 300
5 minutes warmdown
