Showing gains but worried about Length.
Im not exactly fresh into PE, but I just re-started recently.
Right now my (manual) routine consists of mainly :
5 min warmup (hot tub)
Manual stretching (All directions, 3 sets each, each lasting 10 seconds)
Manual Jelqing (Approximately 5 - 600)
Manual stretching (All directions, 3 sets each, each lasting 3 seconds)
Sealed by another heating session.
After some initial hiccups my unit is responding well but Im afraid that my girth gains will be good and overshadow lenght in the time to come.
Any suggestion to aid length in this manual stage ? I dont plan to hang/clamp for a few months atleast.
