Im not exactly fresh into PE, but I just re-started recently.

Right now my (manual) routine consists of mainly :

5 min warmup (hot tub)
Manual stretching (All directions, 3 sets each, each lasting 10 seconds)
Manual Jelqing (Approximately 5 - 600)
Manual stretching (All directions, 3 sets each, each lasting 3 seconds)
Sealed by another heating session.

After some initial hiccups my unit is responding well but Im afraid that my girth gains will be good and overshadow lenght in the time to come.

Any suggestion to aid length in this manual stage ? I dont plan to hang/clamp for a few months atleast.

Your current routine will for sure help you to gain in length. If you like, just add another suitable stretch method in your routine… I don’t know, maybe JAI? DLD Blaster or something else that you thought fit.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

3 seconds and 10 seconds stretches aren’t enough to do much, if anything, in my opinion. Go for between 30-60 seconds each stretch.

Thanks slack :) This idea did cross my mind and last week I moved upto 20 seconds stretches after warmup but the next coupel of days red spot started appearing on the head and the head “ring”. So dropped it for a while.

Now im almost 100% recovered and the last 2 days Iv had good PE sessions under infrared. Think I will start pulling for longer now.
